The Sphero World Championship is an annual competition that brings together talented teams from around the world to showcase their skills in programming, problem solving, engineering, and teamwork. After weeks of showcasing their presentations to the Sphero judges the results are in.
Here’s what Nate Ubowski, Sphero Global Challenge lead, had to say about this year’s competition:
“Each year that we come up with the mission objectives for the Sphero Global Challenge, we aren’t sure how the competitors will solve those challenges. By earning a spot in the Sphero World Championship, you have demonstrated your prowess of teamwork and problem solving skills while tackling some unique programming and engineering challenges. This was our largest pool of registrations for the Sphero Global Challenge to date, and you thoroughly impressed all of the judges. Congratulations and we look forward to seeing your team shine next year!”
Whether you're a seasoned Sphero enthusiast or just getting started with computer science, engineering, or robotics, we hope that the Sphero Global Challenge will inspire educators and students to explore the endless possibilities of this exciting field.
So, without further ado, let's celebrate the amazing accomplishments of these talented teams! Here are the winners (in order by grade level Event) of Season 3 of the Sphero Global Challenge - Sphero in the Wild.
